These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Prophetech services, including the Flint mobile application, Prophetech websites, creator tools, content services, and other products or features made available by Prophetech (“Services”).

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Prophetech does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability of user-generated or third-party content.

Views expressed by creators or users do not necessarily represent the views of Prophetech.

5. Paid Content, Purchases, and Creator Earnings

Some content or services may require payment.

Where applicable:

• Prices will be displayed before a transaction is completed
• Payment may be processed through authorized payment providers
• Access to paid digital content may depend on successful payment and entitlement verification
• Applicable platform fees, commissions, taxes, payment-processing costs, refunds, or other adjustments may affect creator earnings

Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout information where payouts are supported.

Additional payment, commerce, or creator terms may apply to particular products or transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, excluding user-owned content, including software, designs, trademarks, branding, interfaces, graphics, and other Prophetech materials, are owned by or licensed to Prophetech and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Prophetech intellectual property to you.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove, or take action regarding content or accounts where reasonably necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms

• Address abuse or security concerns

You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account through supported account-management features.
