What Our Hands Have Handled

Life is full of things we pick up: habits, lessons, relationships, experiences. Some of these things build us, others weigh us down. The real question is: what are you holding on to?
The Scriptures remind us: “That which we have handled… the Word of life.” The Word is not just to be seen or heard, but also to be held. It’s something you can cling to, lean on, and let shape your life.
Testing What You Hold
Not everything we come across is worth holding. That’s why the Bible says: “Test all things; hold fast to what is good.”You may see something, hear something, or experience something, but before you hold on to it, weigh it. Ask yourself: Does this align with God’s truth? Will this draw me closer to Him or pull me away?
Letting Go and Holding On
Sometimes, letting go of what’s not good is harder than holding on. It can be painful, uncomfortable, even confusing.
But your future depends on your willingness to release what isn’t meant for you.
