Before a product is ever shipped out for public use, it’s tested. Extensively. Why? To ensure it meets certain standards. So that when it finally reaches people, it helps, not harms.But here’s a question we often overlook: while we test the product, do we test the system producing that product? Do we test the company’s methods, values, and internal structures?

In God’s Kingdom, everything, yes, everything is tested. Not just the product of our hands, but the hearts and systems behind them.God Tests. Here on Earth and BeyondHe doesn’t just test ministers or preachers. He tests business owners too.

He tests before He calls a person. He tests after the person has responded to His call. And He tests again after the assignment is done.

It’s not because He doesn’t know the end from the beginning, but testing reveals the heart.

Sometimes, God allows the enemy to be part of the process, like with Job or Jesus. Other times, He handles it directly, like He did with Abraham.Even after declaring, “I know Abraham,” God still asked him to lay Isaac down. Why? Because the test exposes what words cannot.

The output of a man affects the direction of the earth. What we build, sell, or promote influences patterns and cultures across the world.So, God tests us to ensure His resources aren’t being used to fuel rebellion. He tests to confirm that His trade secrets aren’t being applied to build another Babel.

So He tests through earthly things: through pressure, scarcity, deadlines, and seasons of uncertainty. Because when a man is under pressure, his true nature surfaces.Under pressure, you can’t fake surrender. Under fire, you can’t pretend faith.

So, before God entrusts anyone with a truly global or generational business, He tests them. He allows earthly circumstances to prove whether or not they can be shaken by the systems of the world.Let’s call that the earthly test.

But it doesn’t end here. After the work is done and our earthly assignments are complete, there’s another layer. It’s called the eternal test.Scripture says, “Every man’s work shall be tested with fire.” (1 Corinthians 3:13)

Some works will be burned. Others will endure.The difference lies in what they were built with. Some build with bricks and slime: human wisdom and shortcuts. Others build with stone and mortar: truth, righteousness, and divine principles.

So, while you’re thinking about scalability and sustainability, think about eternal integrity too. Will what you’re building now survive the fire of eternity?

Practical Questions to Ask Yourself:
1. Is my business run with the principles of God’s Kingdom?

2. Does it violate any parameters of justice, mercy, or truth according to Scripture?

3. Do I involve God continually in the process, or only when things fall apart?

4. Am I allowing Him to call the shots, or am I subtly building Babel in His name?

When your business carries the DNA of righteousness, it becomes indestructible. It can withstand time, trials, and even transition into eternity.

So here’s the real question: Will your business make it into that civilization?The storms will come. The tests are inevitable. But if your business is founded on the Rock, it will stand.That’s the kind of enterprise God is raising in this generation: businesses that can pass both earthly and eternal tests.
